HeraMED Limited (ASX: HMD), a medical data and technology company pioneering digital maternity care, has entered into a commercial agreement with Telcare Medical Supply LLC, a US-based subsidiary of global health technology leader Royal Philips (NYSE:PHG), to offer a complete and integrated digital maternity care solution for US hospitals and health systems. Under the agreement, Philips will provide its market-leading monitoring devices, logistics, and technical support, while HeraMED will contribute its HeraCARE digital platform, which enables remote patient monitoring, personalized care plans, and patient engagement tailored specifically to the maternity and postpartum journey. The combined solution aims to create a digital platform for maternity care at scale for US hospitals and health systems, empowering care teams to monitor, engage, and educate women through pregnancy and postpartum. HeraMED will now begin presenting this new digital solution to identified US health systems seeking scalable digital solutions for pregnancy and postpartum care.

This is the first step in what HeraMED hopes is a broader and deeper relationship with Philips.
