Osteopore Limited, a global leader in 3D-printed biomimetic and bioresorbable implants, has announced a further drawdown of Tranche 1 of its Redeemable Convertible Notes. The company entered into a subscription agreement with Advance Opportunities Fund and Advance Opportunities Fund I in December 2024 to issue up to A$20,000,000 in redeemable convertible notes across four equal tranches of A$5,000,000 each. The latest drawdown of A$250,000 is for sub-tranche 17 of Tranche 1, bringing the total drawdown from Tranche 1 to A$4,000,000 out of the A$5,000,000 available. The funds raised from the issue of the Notes will be used for the ordinary course of business and/or future developments, projects and investments as and when business opportunities arise. The company has highlighted that it is a global leader in 3D-printed biomimetic and bioresorbable implants, and its proprietary manufacturing process using naturally dissolving polymers enables bone tissue growth and reduces post-surgery complications commonly associated with permanent bone implants.
