DBI Announces Q3-25 Distribution of 6.125 Cents Per Stapled Security

Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure Limited (DBI) has announced its Q3-25 distribution of 6.125 cents per stapled security, taking total announced year-to-date distributions in respect of FY-25 to 17.875 cents per stapled security. The Q3-25 distribution is in line with the Company's previous guidance of total distributions in respect of TY25/26 of 24.5 cents per stapled security, representing a yield of 5.5% based on the closing security price of $4.47 on 25 November 2025. The Q3-25 distribution will have a record date of 15 December 2025 and a payment date of 19 December 2025.
