- Initial air-core drilling at early-stage prospects Scholl's Find, Sir Samuel and Wheel of Fortune
Magmatic Resources Ltd has announced the completion of its Phase 2 drilling program at the Weebo Gold Project in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. The Phase 2 drilling program comprised 3,571 metres of Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling focused on advanced targets at the Scone Stone and Ockerburry prospects, as well as 5,954 metres of air-core drilling across the Ockerburry, Scholl's Find, Sir Samuel and Wheel of Fortune prospects. At the Scone Stone prospect, five lines of holes were drilled to test the interpreted high-grade east dipping structure defined in September 2025. At the Ockerburry prospects 1, 2, 3 and 4, 17 holes of RC drilling for 1,949 metres were completed, targeting a 'supergene' gold discovery from September 2025's air-core drilling. Additionally, 24 holes for 2,029 metres of air-core drilling were undertaken at the Ockerburry prospects to target other 'supergene' gold mineralised areas. At the Scholl's Find, Sir Samuel and Wheel of Fortune prospects, a further 3,925 metres of first-pass air-core drilling was completed, focused on surface geochemical and surface working areas. All samples from the Phase 2 program have been submitted to the laboratory for analysis.
The company looks forward to receiving the results from the Phase 2 drill program and sharing them with shareholders.
