HITIQ Ltd has requested an immediate trading halt in its securities (ASX: HIQ) pending an announcement to the market regarding a capital raising. The trading halt has been requested in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 7.1 to assist the company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 4 December 2025 or the release of the announcement regarding the capital raising.
