IPB Petroleum Ltd has requested an immediate trading halt on its securities listed on the ASX, effective from the commencement of trade on Tuesday, 2 December 2025. The company has requested the trading halt to allow it to manage its continuous disclosure obligations while it undertakes a capital raising and finalizes arrangements regarding a proposed acquisition. The trading halt will continue until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 4 December 2025, or the release of an announcement by IPB in relation to the capital raising and the proposed acquisition. IPB has stated that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, and that it is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
