TZ Ltd has requested an immediate trading halt on its securities quoted on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The trading halt has been requested pending the release of an announcement by the company regarding a material capital raising. In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, TZ Ltd has stated that the trading halt is necessary to assist the company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations, as it expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the planned capital raising. The company has requested that the trading halt remain in place until such time that the announcement is made, but not beyond the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 5 December 2025. TZ Ltd has confirmed that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted by the ASX, and that it is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the trading halt.
