Trading Halt

• Miramar Resources Ltd (ASX: M2R) has requested a trading halt
• The halt is to facilitate an announcement on a proposed capital raising
• The halt will remain in place until the earlier of the announcement or market open on 8 December 2025

Miramar Resources Ltd (ASX: M2R) has requested a trading halt on its securities, effective Thursday, 4 December 2025. The reason for the trading halt is to prevent trading from taking place on an uninformed basis and to facilitate an orderly market in the Company's securities pending an announcement relating to a proposed capital raising by way of a placement. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement to the market concerning the update, or the commencement of trading on Monday, 8 December 2025. Miramar Resources Ltd is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
