The trading halt has been requested in connection with a potential material capital raising that the company is undertaking. The trading halt is necessary to assist the company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations prior to making an announcement regarding the capital raising, and to prevent trading taking place on an uninformed basis. The company has requested that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the company making an announcement to ASX regarding completion of the capital raising, or the commencement of trading on Monday, 8 December 2025.
