Anagenics Ltd (ASX: AN1) has requested a trading halt in its ordinary shares, pending the release of an announcement regarding a material capital raising. The company has requested the trading halt pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, stating that the trading halt is necessary as the company expects to make a market announcement regarding the capital raising. The trading halt will last until the company announces the details of the material capital raising, or until Wednesday, 10 December 2025, whichever is the earlier. Anagenics is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt. The request has been authorized for release to the ASX by the company's Board.
