Thrive Tribe Technologies Limited (ASX:1TT) has announced that it has received firm funding commitments from sophisticated and professional investors totalling approximately $300,000 through a placement. Under the placement, the company will issue 187,500,000 new shares at an issue price of $0.0016 per share, which represents a 20% discount to the last 5-day Volume Weighted Average Price before the announcement. These placement shares will be issued pursuant to shareholder approval obtained on 27 November 2025. The company intends to apply the funds raised under the placement towards general working capital and the costs of the placement. Clee Capital Pty Ltd is acting as the lead manager to the placement and will receive a management fee of 2% of the amount raised (plus GST) and a capital raising fee of 4% of the amount raised (plus GST) in consideration for their services.
