Suspension from Quotation

• Locate Technologies Limited (LOC) suspended from quotation
• Scheme of arrangement with Locate NZ, a New Zealand company
• Locate NZ to become new parent entity of Locate Technologies group

Locate Technologies Limited (LOC) has been suspended from quotation on the ASX at the close of trading on Thursday, 11 December 2025. This suspension follows the lodgement of the Supreme Court of New South Wales orders with ASIC approving the scheme of arrangement between LOC and its shareholders. Under the scheme, Locate NZ, a listed New Zealand company, will become the new parent entity of the Locate Technologies group. The suspension from quotation is in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2. This move is part of the transition process as Locate Technologies Limited becomes a subsidiary of the new parent company, Locate NZ.
