US1 Critical Minerals Limited (ASX:USC OTCQB:GLARF) has referred to its previous announcements regarding an agreement with Apex USA Resources LLC to identify and develop potentially promising Rare Earth Elements tenements in the USA. A dispute has arisen with Mr Stephen Baghdadi in relation to certain tenements in California identified by Apex pursuant to the agreement. The Company and Apex have jointly filed proceedings with the Federal Court of Australia in relation to this dispute. At an initial hearing, Mr Baghdadi has advised the Court that the tenements are under the control of Dateline Resources Limited (ASX: DTR) and its subsidiaries. Dateline has now been joined as a party to the proceedings. Mr Baghdadi, who is the CEO and Managing Director of Dateline, has given an undertaking to the Court on his own behalf and on behalf of Dateline and its subsidiaries, that he will not take any action to encumber, sell, transfer, dispose of or otherwise disturb the status quo of the tenements, upon 14 days' written notice to the Company and Apex, or otherwise until further order of the Court. The part of the legal proceedings which seeks certain interlocutory relief has been listed for further hearing on 23 December 2025.
