Dateline Provides Update on US REE Federal Court Proceedings
- Preliminary hearing held in Federal Court of Australia
- No findings made, but a timetable agreed for further information
- Dateline to maintain status quo on tenements subject to claims
Dateline Resources Limited (Dateline or the Company) has provided an update on the legal proceedings initiated by US 1 Critical Minerals Limited (USC/Gladiator) against Dateline's CEO, Mr. Stephen Baghdadi, in relation to certain Rare Earth Elements (REE) tenements in the USA. A preliminary hearing was held in the Federal Court of Australia before Justice Beach, where no findings were made. Instead, a timetable was agreed under which USC/Gladiator is required to provide further information regarding its claim, pending a further hearing on 23 December 2025. Until then, Stephen Baghdadi, on behalf of Dateline, agreed to maintain the status quo in relation to the tenements that are subject to USC/Gladiator's claims. The Board of Dateline confirms that any legal proceedings against the Company and/or its CEO by USC/Gladiator will be vigorously defended.
