Black Cat Syndicate Limited (ASX:BC8) has advised of the issue of 1,257,000 ordinary fully paid shares on the exercise of 1,257,000 unlisted options ($0.50, expiring 31 July 2027) and a total of 35,310 ordinary fully paid shares on the exercise of employee options ($0.886, expiring 20 December 2028). An Appendix 2A will be lodged with ASX following the release of this announcement. A cleansing notice has also been attached regarding the issue of shares on the exercise of the unlisted options and employee options, which were previously issued under Black Cat's Incentive Securities Plan. The company has provided details of its current capital structure, which includes various tranches of unlisted options and performance rights in addition to its fully paid ordinary shares.
