Genetic Signatures Ltd [ASX:GSS], a global molecular diagnostics company, has announced that its Chief Executive Officer ('CEO'), Ms Allison Rossiter, has informed the Board that she will be leaving Genetic Signatures in late February 2026 to take on a role with a global pharmaceutical company. The Board is initiating a search for a CEO to replace Ms Rossiter, and will implement interim arrangements to maintain continuity of leadership and operations. Dr. Jenny Harry and Ms. Anne Lockwood will support the management team during this period of transition, while the Company's US-based Directors will provide support for U.S. sales activities. Allison Rossiter, outgoing CEO of Genetic Signatures, expressed her gratitude to the Board and her colleagues for their trust and support, and expressed confidence that the company is positioned for future success. Caroline Waldron, Chair of Genetic Signatures, acknowledged Rossiter's leadership and contributions over the past year, including lifting the skill set of the organisation and building a stronger foundation to realise product sales in the U.S. The Board wishes Rossiter every success in her future endeavours. In parallel with the search for a CEO, the recruitment process for the previously announced CFO role is also progressing. These leadership changes bring the opportunity to further strengthen the capabilities of the existing management team and renew the company's efforts into advancing U.S. market opportunities while meeting the needs of all its customers.
