Credit Corp Group Limited (ASX:CCP) has referred to the announcement issued by Humm Group Limited (ASX:HUM) regarding the receipt of a non-binding indicative proposal from Credit Corp to acquire 100 per cent of Humm. Credit Corp confirms that it submitted a confidential, conditional, non-binding indicative proposal on 19 November 2025 seeking access to due diligence information, which has not yet been provided. The company states that there is no certainty a transaction will eventuate. Credit Corp will update shareholders as appropriate and in accordance with its continuous disclosure obligations.
