Galilee Energy Limited (ASX: GLL) has announced a board refresh, with the appointment of existing Chief Executive Officer Joseph Graham and directors Eduardo Robaina and Dale Hanna as new directors of the Company. The appointments follow the recently announced acquisition of the Zydeco Gas Project in Louisiana, USA and are aimed at aligning the Board's capabilities with Galilee's new strategic direction in Louisiana, along with those of the new and existing shareholders who have supported this change in strategic direction. The incoming directors are expected to bring fresh perspectives and relevant experience to support and advance the Company's strategy. Galilee also advised that, subsequent to the appointments, directors Ray Shorrocks, Greg Columbus and Stephen Kelemen have resigned from their positions, effective immediately. Commenting on the changes, Mr Ray Shorrocks expressed his gratitude to shareholders, employees and partners for their support over the last twelve years, and expressed confidence that the Company will benefit from the skills and experience of the new directors as it embarks on its next phase in Louisiana.
