The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Enlitic to the market regarding the outcome of a proposed capital raising. Enlitic has stated that the trading halt is necessary to assist the company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations, as it expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the proposed capital raising. Enlitic has requested that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 24 December 2025 and a further announcement to the market by Enlitic in relation to the proposed capital raising. The company has confirmed that it expects to make the announcement regarding the proposed capital raising to the market before the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 24 December 2025.
