Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI or 'Centuria') has announced that an interim distribution totalling 5.20 cents per stapled security will be paid for the period ending 31 December 2025. The distribution will comprise a 0.70 cents fully franked dividend and a 4.50 cents trust distribution. Centuria's Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is suspended for the December 2025 interim distribution. The key dates for the December 2025 distribution are: ex-distribution date of 30 December 2025, record date of 31 December 2025, and distribution payment date of 25 February 2026 (indicative and subject to change).
