BlackRock Investment Management (Australia) Limited (BIMAL), the Responsible Entity for various Australian domiciled iShares exchange traded funds (ETFs), has announced the estimated distribution for each of the Funds. For the iShares S&P 500 ETF (ASX: IVV), the estimated cash distribution is 20.139782 cents per unit. The distribution timetable includes the ex-date of 29 December 2025, the record date of 30 December 2025, and the payment date of 9 January 2026. Authorised Participants will be unable to execute unit redemption orders on 24 December 2025, but applications for unit redemptions will re-open on 29 December 2025. The Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for each Fund is open for this distribution, and eligible investors must opt in to the DRP by 5pm on 24 December 2025. Investors holding units as of the record date need to have provided their bank account details to the share registrar before the record date to ensure prompt receipt of the dividend payment. BlackRock also reminds investors of the requirement to complete tax certification under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and the Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
