Predictive Discovery Limited ('PDI') is pleased to announce that Robex Resources Inc. ('Robex') shareholders have approved the merger between PDI and Robex at a special meeting. Robex shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favour of the transaction, with 94.54% of votes recorded in support. This satisfies one of the outstanding closing conditions under the arrangement agreement between PDI and Robex. The transaction consolidates two of the largest, lowest cost and most advanced gold projects in West Africa - Bankan and Kiniero - within a combined group with the execution capability and funding strength to grow into a significant gold producer. The Robex team has successfully developed the Kiniero project, achieving first gold pour on time and budget, and will now focus on the development of the Bankan project post-completion of the merger. The transaction is expected to create significant value for shareholders of the combined company, with the potential to produce over 400,000 ounces of gold per annum by 2029.
The combined company is expected to produce more than 400,000 ounces of gold per annum by 2029, based on the production estimates for the Bankan Project and Kiniero Project.
The combined group will have the execution capability and funding strength to grow into a significant gold producer in West Africa, with 2026 shaping up as an exciting year to advance the strategy of building a leading West African gold producer.
