Full Summary

Magmatic Resources Ltd has commenced a 14-hole, 5,000m diamond drilling program at its Myall Farm-in and Joint Venture Agreement (FJVA) Copper-Gold Project. The program is funded by FJVA partner FMG Resources Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortescue Ltd (ASX: FMG), as part of a $3.5M exploration budget for the 2025-26 financial year. The drilling will target geochemical anomalies and coincident magnetic features interpreted to be prospective for Northparkes-style copper-gold porphyry deposits. Key targets include Calais, where previous drilling intersected 10.8m at 0.39% Cu and 0.07 g/t Au; the newly identified Interceptor target; Barina, which previously returned high-grade gold; and Gemini, which intersected 9m at 3.19 g/t Au. The program is the second phase of a broader exploration initiative, with the first phase of 25 air core (AC) holes for 2,323m recently completed. Results from the AC program are expected later this month, and a second phase of AC drilling is planned to commence in the current quarter. Magmatic is also awaiting assay results from AC and RC drilling programs at its Weebo Gold Project in Western Australia.

Outlook

Magmatic is looking forward to a very busy 6 months ahead, including receiving assay results from its recently completed drilling programs in both Western Australia and New South Wales.
