Domino's announces leadership appointments

Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd (ASX: DMP) today announced two senior leadership appointments. Experienced Domino's and quick service restaurant executive Merrill Pereyra has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, Australia and New Zealand, effective 23 January. Mr Pereyra has more than 30 years' experience in the quick service restaurant industry, including regional leadership roles with McDonald's and CEO of Domino's Pizza Indonesia. The company also appointed George Saoud as Group Chief Financial Officer on 1 July 2025, and he will now take on the additional role of Group Chief Operating Officer effective immediately. As Group Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Mr Saoud will take on leadership responsibility for Technology and Procurement & Supply Chain, in addition to his leadership of the company's financial strategy and capital management. These appointments support the company's ongoing focus on strengthening operational leadership and executing its turnaround priorities. The Board also confirms that the search for a permanent Group Chief Executive Officer is progressing well, and further updates will be provided at the appropriate time.
