The Langer Heinrich Mine (LHM) is ramping up to full mining and operations, with 2.3Mlb U3O8 produced in the first half of FY2026 and FY2026 production expected to trend towards the upper end of the guidance range of 4.0 to 4.4Mlb U3O8. The company's balance sheet has been enhanced following the completion of a Share Purchase Plan and the restructure of the syndicated debt facility, with US$278.4M in cash and investments and an undrawn US$70M Revolving Credit Facility as of 31 December 2025. Paladin has also strengthened its leadership team with the commencement of Dale Huffman as President of Paladin Canada and Scott Barber as Chief Operating Officer. The company's growth pipeline includes the high-grade, conventional near-surface Patterson Lake South (PLS) Project in the Athabasca Basin, where the winter drilling program has been mobilized.
