ASX has released a market announcement regarding entities that have been suspended from trading for more than 3 months. The announcement provides a table detailing the name and ASX code of each long-term suspended entity, the periodic reports they have failed to lodge, the 1-year deadline for lodging the oldest outstanding report, and the 2-year deadline to execute plans for resuming trading to ASX's satisfaction. If an entity does not meet these deadlines, they will be removed from the official list, usually effective from the next trading day. ASX reminds long-term suspended entities that reinstatement is not automatic, and ASX must be satisfied that the reasons for the suspension have been addressed and the entity complies with the Listing Rules at the point of reinstatement. Entities are encouraged to engage with their Listings Adviser about their plans for reinstatement.
