Long Term Suspended Entities Announced
- List of entities suspended for over 3 months
- Deadlines to lodge outstanding reports and resume trading
- Entities face removal from official list if deadlines not met
ASX has released a market announcement detailing the long-term suspended entities on the Australian Securities Exchange. The announcement provides information on the name and ASX code of each suspended entity, the periodic reports they have failed to lodge, and the deadlines they face to lodge the outstanding reports and execute plans to resume trading. Entities have 1 year to lodge the oldest outstanding periodic report and 2 years to satisfy ASX that they can resume trading. If an entity does not meet these deadlines, they will be removed from the official list, typically effective from the next trading day. ASX reminds long-term suspended entities that reinstatement is not automatic, and ASX must be satisfied the reasons for suspension have been addressed and the entity complies with listing rules at the time of reinstatement. Entities are encouraged to engage with their Listings Adviser regarding their plans to seek reinstatement.
