BSA Limited (ASX: BSA) has announced a number of changes to the composition of its Board, effective immediately. Mr Paul Heick and Mr Warwick Sauer have resigned as Directors of the Company, and the Board has acknowledged and thanked them for their contributions. Mr Nick Yates has stepped down as Chair of the Board, but will continue to support the transition to ensure continuity of leadership and governance. The Board has appointed Mr Daniel Raihani as the new Chair of BSA Limited. Mr Raihani has been a member of the BSA Board since September 2025 and brings extensive experience across finance, operations and corporate governance, including substantial ASX board experience. The Board has also appointed Mr Piers Lewis as an additional Non-Executive Director. Mr Lewis has over 25 years of corporate advisory experience across Australia, Asia and Europe. The Board has also announced that Mr Robert Featherby has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, replacing Ms Nanda Herling.
