Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ECT) has reported on its activities for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. Key highlights include the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the issued shares in Terrajoule, securing an exclusive license with Rice University to utilize the proprietary flash joule heating (FJH) technology for PFAS and heavy metal remediation. The company has also established an Advisory Board, bringing together experts with direct relevance to the REM technology, to provide technical and commercial guidance. ECT appointed Mr Justin Sharp as Chief Technology Officer to lead the development and commercialization of the REM technology. During the period, the company completed Tranche 2 of its Placement, raising a total of $3M with strong investor demand. The company also received a conversion notice from LJ & K Thomson Pty Ltd to convert its convertible note into fully paid ordinary shares.
