Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ECT) has reported on its activities for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. Key highlights include the completion of the acquisition of 100% of the issued shares in Terrajoule, securing an exclusive license with Rice University to utilize the proprietary flash joule heating (FJH) technology for PFAS and heavy metal remediation. The company has also established an Advisory Board, bringing together experts with direct relevance to the REM technology, to provide technical and commercial guidance. ECT appointed Mr Justin Sharp as Chief Technology Officer to lead the development and commercialization of the REM technology. During the period, the company completed Tranche 2 of its Placement, raising a total of $3M with strong investor demand. The company also received a conversion notice from LJ & K Thomson Pty Ltd to convert its convertible note into fully paid ordinary shares. Additionally, ECT successfully completed a small shareholding sale facility. The company continues to progress the development of its COLDry technology through its Zero Quest joint venture. The December 2025 quarter marked a foundational period for ECT, positioning the company to transition from technology acquisition into focused execution on the REM technology.
