Thrive Tribe Technologies Limited (ASX:1TT) is pleased to announce that it has received firm funding commitments from sophisticated and professional investors totalling ~$200,000 (Placement). Under the Placement, the Company will issue 200,000,000 new shares (Placement Shares) at an issue price of $0.001 per share (being a 20% discount to the last 5-day Volume Weighted Average Price before this ASX release). These Placement Shares will be issued pursuant to shareholder approval obtained on 27 November 2025. The Company intends to apply the funds raised under the Placement towards general working capital and the costs of the Placement. Clee Capital Pty Ltd is acting as the lead manager to the Placement and will receive a capital raising fee equal to 6% of the amount raised (plus GST) and 20 million unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.002 expiring 3 years from the date of issue.
