Woodside Energy Group Ltd reported strong operational performance in Q4 2025, delivering record annual production of 198.8 MMboe. Quarterly production was 48.9 MMboe, down 4% from Q3 2025 due to seasonal weather impacts and lower Australian east-coast demand. The company achieved strong reliability across its assets, including 100% reliability at Pluto LNG and 99.8% at the North West Shelf Project. The Scarborough Energy Project was 94% complete at the end of the quarter and remains on budget and on track for first LNG in Q4 2026. The Beaumont New Ammonia Project achieved first ammonia production in December, with final commissioning to continue through early 2026. Woodside also continued to progress its major development pipeline, with the Louisiana LNG Project reaching 22% completion and the Trion Project in Mexico 50% complete. During the period, Woodside entered a strategic partnership with Williams, selling a 10% interest in Louisiana LNG and an 80% operating interest in the associated pipeline. The company also signed long-term LNG supply agreements with SK Gas International, BOTAŞ, and JERA.

Woodside's 2026 volume guidance is 172 - 186 MMboe, reflecting planned downtime at Pluto as the facility is prepared to begin processing Scarborough gas and for first LNG cargo in Q4 2026.
