Constellation Resources Limited is pleased to provide its Quarterly Report for the period ended 31 December 2025. The company's focus is on its projects in Western Australia, including natural hydrogen projects across the Edmund-Collier, Yerrida and Ashburton Basins, as well as the Ularring Copper Gold Project. During the quarter, the company received positive results from CSIRO crushed rock and fluid inclusion studies at the Edmund-Collier Project, confirming the presence of hydrogen, helium and associated gases in multiple intervals. This supports the development of a potential large-scale natural hydrogen system in the basin. The company plans to commence on-ground exploration activities on two Edmund-Collier SPA-AOs in the current quarter, including a program of soil gas sampling and inspection of historical mineral exploration holes. Constellation's total natural hydrogen project area covers 87,602km2 across nine SPA-AOs.At the Ularring Copper Gold Project, the company's maiden Ultrafine+TM soil program identified a strong 1.3km x 0.45km gold-copper soil anomaly called Chatham, which is planned to be drill tested in the current quarter with the assistance of an EIS grant. The company continues to review other business development opportunities in the resources sector, both domestically and overseas, but no agreements have been reached or licenses granted.
