Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX:PDI) has announced a merger with Robex Resources Inc. to create West Africa's next mid-tier gold producer. The combined company is expected to produce over 400kozpa Au by 2029 and have combined Mineral Resources of approximately 9.5Moz Au. The merger will significantly de-risk the funding for PDI's Bankan Gold Project in Guinea. Execution-readiness planning for the Bankan Project continued, with discussions ongoing with potential financiers. The Exploitation Permit application for the Bankan Project remains in the final stage of the approval process. Environmental and social management plans advanced, including land access, resettlement, and community engagement activities. PDI had A$43.0m in cash and no debt as of 31 December 2025. The company plans to collaborate with Robex on the merger completion and continue developing execution plans for the Bankan Project in the next quarter.
