Aurora Labs Limited ('A3D' or the 'Company') reported progress on the commercialization of its metal additive manufacturing technology and entry into the defence propulsion market during the December 2025 quarter. Key highlights included the delivery of a maiden purchase order from Sovereign Propulsion Systems (SPS) for 20 micro gas turbine units valued at $250,000, marking Aurora's first commercial supply of complete propulsion systems. The Company also executed Memoranda of Understanding with MBDA (Europe) and Ares Armaments, leading defence and aerospace organizations, to explore collaboration opportunities across propulsion development, testing, and advanced manufacturing. Additionally, Aurora completed an upgrade of its Canning Vale facility with the installation of new CNC machining assets, enhancing its precision manufacturing capabilities to support growing defence and industrial demand. The Company continued to generate revenue from its industrial additive manufacturing operations, including a defence-related purchase order for zirconium components. Aurora also made progress toward AS9100D certification, a critical quality standard for the aerospace and defence sectors.
The Company remains focused on executing the SPS propulsion engine order, advancing aerial testing and validation programs, completing AS9100D certification, and leveraging strategic MOUs to drive commercial outcomes in the current quarter.
