Full Summary

GreenX Metals Limited (ASX:GRX) has reported its Quarterly Activities Report for the period during and subsequent to 31 December 2025. The key highlights include: Corporate - The company announced a successful A$13.6 million capital raise through a placement. Germany - Tannenberg Copper Project: The company announced a historical estimate of 728,000 tonnes of contained copper at an average grade of 2.6% based on a 1935-1938 drilling campaign. This estimate was further validated by limited drilling conducted by St Joe Exploration GmbH between 1980 and 1984. Modern assays from six of the 47 archived drill cores confirmed historical grades with intercepts of up to 3.7m at 0.7-2.7% copper and 10-55 g/t silver. The results demonstrate that mineralisation extends beyond the narrow Kupferschiefer shale horizon. Greenland - Eleonore North Project: The company reported the confirmation of outcropping gold and high-grade antimony mineralisation at the Noa Prospect, as well as high-grade tungsten and antimony mineralisation at the Margeries Prospects. Singapore Court Ruling: The Singapore International Commercial Court rejected Poland's application to set aside the Energy Charter Treaty award, upholding GreenX's right to compensation.
