Whitehawk reports Q4 2025 activities and cash flow

Whitehawk Ltd, the global online cybersecurity exchange, reported its Q4 2025 activities and cash flow. The company invoiced US$280K in the quarter and had US$23K in receivables as of 31 December 2025. The US Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) expanded a paid Pilot Proposal across 500 DOD Critical Infrastructure Entities for US$975K, to be finalized once a US Government budget is passed. The WHK team also won a US$246K Cyber Analyst PaaS Grant from Miami Dade County EDC, with the contract in process to commence no later than April 2026. Whitehawk responded to the State of Maryland Department of Labor Cyber Clinics RFP for a 3-year contract not to exceed US$1M, to provide Higher Education Students with Experiential Learning, while providing services to State and Local Critical Infrastructure. The company is also working on a State of Florida State-Wide Cyber Resilience Program, which is now in process via a 2026 Bill to include all 29 Florida Cyber Academic Centers of Excellence, with a contract portion for Whitehawk of US$2.2M per year commencing July 2026. Additionally, Whitehawk's APEC office became operational in November 2025 and is working on a joint venture with Novera to commercialize the Cyber Risk Snapshot platform. The company also responded to several Australian Government Cyber Services and Solution RFQs and saw new CMMC contracts and proposals ranging from US$35K to US$172K.
Whitehawk is focused on expanding its solutions and channel partnerships, including in the US Department of Defense, state and local governments, and the Australian market.
