Centuria Office REIT (COF.ASX) has reported its half-year results for the period ended 31 December 2025. The company recorded total revenue and other income of $118.4 million, up 56.42% from the previous corresponding period. Funds from operations, however, declined 3.65% to $33.4 million. The company reported a net profit of $61.5 million, a significant turnaround from the $21.2 million loss in the prior corresponding period. COF declared distributions of 2.525 cents per unit for each quarter of the half-year period. The company's net tangible assets per security remained stable at $1.72 as of 31 December 2025, compared to the same period in the previous year.
