Memphasys Ltd (ASX: MEM) has requested an immediate trading halt in its shares, to apply from the open of trading on Wednesday, 4 February 2026. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the company to the market regarding a capital raising. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 6 February 2026, or when the announcement regarding the capital raising is released to the market. The company expects to make the announcement regarding the capital raising to the market before the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 6 February 2026. Memphasys has stated that the trading halt is necessary to assist the company in managing its continuous disclosure obligations as it expects to make an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising.
