Klevo Rewards Limited ('Klevo') has provided an update on the performance of its wholly owned subsidiary Fly Wallet Pty Ltd, following a Quarterly Business Review conducted with Mastercard. Since Klevo's acquisition of Fly Wallet, the Company has successfully established a fully operational and regulated Rewards Card and digital wallet platform leveraging Mastercard's global payments network. Fly Wallet now operates multiple live Mastercard prepaid and digital wallet programs, enabling Klevo to directly issue and manage Rewards Card products for corporate, consumer, and partner use cases. Fly Wallet has completed key compliance actions required under Mastercard rules, including AML and Enhanced Due Diligence enhancements, and has obtained its credit licence. These milestones position Fly Wallet as a compliant issuing and wallet operator, providing Klevo with ownership of regulated payments capability to support its broader rewards and loyalty ecosystem. Under the Mastercard commercial agreement, Fly Wallet is eligible for core fee discounts linked to defined performance thresholds. As approved on 4 February 2026, Fly Wallet achieved the minimum threshold to qualify for a AUD 467,526 cash incentive and AUD 82,505 in service credits. These outcomes demonstrate that since acquisition, Klevo has successfully transformed Fly Wallet into a scalable Rewards Card infrastructure platform, and the achieved Mastercard discounts materially improve processing economics and support Klevo's strategy to deliver integrated rewards, engagement, and payment solutions.
Fly Wallet achieved a $467,526 cash incentive and $82,505 in service credits from Mastercard, based on performance thresholds in the financial year 2026.
