Scentre Group has announced a dividend of AUD 0.08905 per security for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The ex-date for the dividend is 12 February 2026, the record date is 13 February 2026, and the payment date is 27 February 2026. Scentre Group will announce its full-year results for the 2025 financial year, including the lodgement of the Appendix 4E, on Tuesday 24 February 2026. The company has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in place, which will be fully operational for this dividend. Eligible securityholders with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand can elect to have their dividend paid in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) by providing valid banking instructions to the Scentre Group Share Registry by the record date. The DRP price will be calculated based on the arithmetic average of the daily volume-weighted average market price of all Scentre Group stapled securities sold through a normal trade over five ASX trading days commencing 16 February 2026 and ending 20 February 2026.
