Full Summary

Acusensus Limited (ASX:ACE) has announced the expansion of its existing agreement for multi-function enforcement in Western Australia, which was initially signed in October 2024 with the Western Australian government, acting through the Road Safety Commission unit of the Western Australian Police Force (WA Road Safety Commission). The expansion will see six additional trailer-based enforcement units deployed throughout the state over the coming months, with two already in operation since November 2025 and the balance expected to be deployed from July to September 2026. This will double the number of transportable multi-function units in operation in Western Australia. The WA Road Safety Commission has also exercised the first of two options in the head contract, providing a twelve-month extension to all existing transportable enforcement camera services. The contract will now run to at least October 2028. The incremental contract value associated with this contract variation and the contract extension (prior to any variable elements) is expected to total approximately $13 million (excluding GST). Acusensus Founder and Managing Director, Alexander Jannink, said the expansion underscores the effectiveness of the company's unique multi-function trailer platform in changing driver behaviours and supporting the WA Road Safety Commission in enhancing road safety outcomes and reducing casualties across both metropolitan and regional areas.
