Connexion Mobility Signs Agreement with GM Canada
- Connexion to provide OnTRAC software platform to support GM Canada's Enhanced Exposure Program
- EEP to leverage OnTRAC's access to GM vehicle connectivity for dealer productivity tools
- Agreement extends existing working relationship between Connexion and GM Canada
Connexion Mobility Ltd ('Connexion') has signed an Agreement with General Motors Canada ('GM Canada') for the provision of its OnTRAC software platform as part of GM Canada's national launch of its Enhanced Exposure Program ('EEP'). The EEP is GM Canada's modernized, technology-enabled evolution of the traditional Exposure Program, providing a conduit to support its retail network's deployment of rental, courtesy transportation and test drive experiences to customers. The EEP will leverage OnTRAC's access to GM vehicle connectivity, providing dealers with productivity tools, in both English and French, to use and manage vehicles under the EEP for the benefit of both prospective and existing dealership customers. Connexion's Managing Director, Aaryn Nania, commented that the company is delighted to extend its working relationship with GM Canada in support of the national launch of the EEP, and that the collaborative efforts between the GM Canada and Connexion teams will benefit an array of stakeholders across the General Motors ecosystem. There are no other material conditions that need to be satisfied before the parties become legally bound to proceed with the terms of the agreement, and there is no other material information relevant to assessing the impact of the agreement on the price or value of the Company's securities.
