The assets are located across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia, with the largest exposures in NSW (32% of portfolio value) and VIC (36% of portfolio value). The top 10 tenants account for 40% of gross income, with Telstra, Woolworths and Arnott's being the largest occupiers. The portfolio benefits from its strategic locations in infill markets close to major infrastructure, with 85% of assets situated in these in-demand areas.
