In 2025, AMP continued to deliver for its customers and members, helping them build financial confidence, particularly in retirement. AMP also made progress on its strategic priorities, including advancing its leadership position in retirement, launching the new AMP Bank GO for mini business and personal customers, and resolving further legacy legal matters. The company supported over 22,700 members with intra-fund advice on their superannuation and took over 783,000 calls about super, banking or investments. AMP's total shareholder return was 16.7%, and the company had 401,654 total shareholders. The company's reputation score reached its highest level since reporting began in 2008, and it launched refreshed leadership and performance processes. AMP also continued to expand its sustainable investment offerings and engagement with investee companies on sustainability issues. The board declared a total FY 25 dividend of 4.0 cents per share, 20% franked.
AMP has a strong balance sheet and is well-positioned to participate in the structural growth opportunities in the Australian wealth and retirement sectors. The company will continue to focus on organic growth, but may also consider inorganic opportunities to add scale and capability. AMP's new CEO, Blair Vernon, will lead the company in its next phase of growth, building on the positive momentum already within the business.
