Boundiali extends strike and depth at BDT3 and BST1
- BDT3 strike grows 600m north of current resource model
- BST1 depth extended by 130m below current resource model
- Boundiali and Napié MRE updates plus Boundiali PFS on track for Q1 2026
Aurum Resources (ASX: AUE) is pleased to announce high-grade gold results from its ongoing 100,000m diamond drilling program at the 2.41Moz Boundiali Gold Project in Côte d'Ivoire. Results from the BDT3 and BST1 deposits focus on expanding the resource footprint and increasing classification confidence ahead of the upcoming Boundiali Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) update this quarter. Key drill intercepts include 9m @ 8.15 g/t Au from 207m including 2m @ 35.83 g/t Au at BDT3, and 10m @ 2.51 g/t Au from 170m including 5m @ 4.74 g/t Au at BST1. The new results confirm that the Boundiali system remains underexplored, with significant potential for resource growth. At BDT3, hole DSDD0361 was drilled 800m north of a previous high-grade intercept, confirming mineralization extends more than 600m north of the current resource model. At BST1, the new drilling has extended gold mineralization by an average of 130m vertically below the current MRE, confirming the system remains open at depth. These results will be integrated into the upcoming Boundiali MRE update due this quarter. Aurum is leveraging its strong balance sheet and self-owned drill fleet to maintain a continuous news flow throughout 2026, with plans for a Pre-Feasibility Study, further resource drilling, and a Definitive Feasibility Study for the Boundiali project, as well as resource expansion at the Napié Gold Project.
Aurum is planning a 100,000m diamond drilling program across the Boundiali project in 2026 to continue testing strike and depth extensions, with the goal of progressing the project towards a Definitive Feasibility Study by the end of the year.
Aurum is well-positioned to deliver its Boundiali Pre-Feasibility Study towards the end of Q1 2026 and move rapidly toward a Definitive Feasibility Study in late 2026. The company also plans a 30,000m diamond drilling program at the Napié Gold Project in 2026 to grow the existing 0.87Moz gold resource.
