Full Summary

Black Cat Syndicate Limited ('Black Cat' or 'the Company') has received positive results from its 2025 diamond drilling program at the 100%-owned Mt Clement Antimony Project ('Mt Clement'). The 24-hole, 6,904m program primarily targeted the Taipan Lode structure, which hosts the current inferred Resource of 794kt @ 1.7% Sb for 13.2kt contained Sb. Significant results from the Taipan Lode include 5.00m @ 2.52% Sb, 4.14% Pb and 34.38g/t Ag, 1.10m @ 3.10% Sb, 6.37% Pb and 35.10g/t Ag, and 1.50m @ 1.96% Sb, 2.91% Pb and 89.73g/t Ag. These results are consistent with previously reported high-grade intersections and confirm the project's significant growth potential. Additionally, a previously unidentified lode structure was intersected in one hole, returning a broad zone of silver mineralisation with 7.90m @ 26.31g/t Ag, representing a new target area for follow-up. Metallurgical test work is underway, and drilling is planned to recommence in March 2026 to inform an economic study in the September 2026 quarter. The Company has also been invited to join a West Australian government critical minerals delegation to North America in March 2026 to showcase Mt Clement.
