Full Summary

The Central Tanami Project (CTP) is a 50:50 joint venture between MGX Resources Ltd and Tanami Gold NL, located 650 km northwest of Alice Springs and 850 km southwest of Darwin. The project encompasses a highly prospective, underexplored geological sequence spanning 2,108 km² and 52 known gold deposits, including the world-class Newmont Callie operations and Oberon gold deposit. The CTP has a well-endowed Mineral Resource of 31Mt at 2.8g/t for 2.8Moz of gold, including the Groundrush deposit containing 11Mt at 3.3g/t for 1.2Moz. The project area has a proven track record of production, totaling ca. 2Mozs since the 1980s, with historical production of over 600koz of gold grading 4g/t from the Groundrush open pit. The existing infrastructure includes a 1.2Mtpa CIL processing facility, a gravel airstrip, a camp, and haul roads, providing significant leverage for future development. The focus for 2026 and 2027 will be on resource development and exploration programs, including resource definition drilling, an exploration decline at Groundrush, near-mine exploration, and greenfields and brownfields exploration in the surrounding tenements. Ongoing studies will also update Mineral Resource estimates, optimize mine planning, and progress engineering and construction of the processing facility.

Outlook

The Central Tanami Project has significant upside potential, with 52 known gold deposits to be considered in future campaigns, most of which are open at depth and along strike. The project's well-endowed Mineral Resource, proven track record of production, and existing infrastructure provide a strong foundation for advancing the project towards production.
