- Revenue increased by 23.3% to $317.6 million
- Profit after tax of $5.1 million, a turnaround from $7.8 million loss in prior period
- Solid organic growth across all three business segments
Superloop Limited has reported strong financial results for the half-year ended 31 December 2025. Revenue increased by 23.3% to $317.6 million, driven by continued strong performance in the Wholesale and Consumer segments, as well as a return to growth in the Business segment. The Group reported a profit after tax of $5.1 million, a turnaround from the $7.8 million loss in the prior corresponding period. This was underpinned by solid organic growth across all three business segments, particularly within the Wholesale and Consumer segments which realised higher gross margins. The Business segment also achieved modest growth in gross margins. The Group's net tangible assets per ordinary share increased by 12.4% to $0.23. During the period, the Group acquired 100% of ILT Holdings Pty Limited and its controlled entities. Superloop also holds a 5% equity interest in Clever Cloud Pty Limited, which the Group has determined it has significant influence over.
For the half-year ended 31 December 2025, Superloop reported revenue of $317.6 million, a 23.3% increase compared to the prior corresponding period. The Group's gross margin was $111.9 million, a growth of 27.2%.
Superloop is approaching the conclusion of its 3-year 'Double Down' strategy, which set out an ambition to double the size of the business by the end of FY26 through a combination of organic and inorganic growth. The Group remains focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining its cost leadership position, deepening and broadening its market penetration, and continuing to accelerate growth organically and via M&A.
