Goodman Group reports H1 2026 results

Goodman Group has reported its results for the first half of fiscal year 2026. The company's operating profit was $1,203.5 million, a decrease of 1.5% compared to the prior corresponding period. This equated to an operating earnings per security of 58.5 cents, down 8.3% on the prior corresponding period. Goodman's statutory result for the half year was a profit of $824.7 million, up 3.1% from the prior corresponding period.
