Downer EDI Ltd has released its Appendix 4D for the period ended 31 December 2025. The company reported revenue from ordinary activities of $4,828.0 million, down 6.9% from the previous corresponding period. Total revenue and other income from ordinary activities was $4,860.7 million, a decrease of 6.9%. Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) increased 31.6% to $175.5 million, while EBITA increased 23.2% to $184.9 million. Profit from ordinary activities after tax attributable to members of the parent entity was $93.4 million, up 34.8%. Profit from ordinary activities after tax and before amortisation of acquired intangible assets (NPATA) was $104.6 million, an increase of 20.0%. On an underlying basis, EBITA increased 11.2% to $227.1 million and NPATA increased 7.0% to $136.1 million. The company declared an interim dividend of 12.9 cents per share, fully franked, payable on 2 April 2026.
